So I was thinking recently about the things I will miss being a tax accountant and have realized that I won't be able to fully enjoy the following things (in no particular order except for that which I gave them):
1.) Washington DC Cherry Festival (late March to early April)
2.) The Winter Olympics (I've always wanted to go to one (I missed the one here in SLC)) and won't be able to have the time to do so as its toward the beginning of busy season.
3.) March Madness (not that I care too much about that one)
4.) Our suppose-to-be annual Easter Egg hunt (won't happen this year, but maybe next year and 2014 when Easter occurs after Tax Day) Save the Saturday dates for right after April 15th for the irregulannually Easter Egg hunt for all ages!
5.) April Fools Day
6.) Any birthday from Mid-Feb to Mid-April (I've told Heather we can't have kids in between this time period.
7.) Feb. 29th (a friend tells everyone this is his birthday even though its not).
8.) General Conference
9.) St. Patrick's Day
I'm sure there's plenty of others as well. Let me know if you think of any. Anyone still haven't done there taxes?
